Every time we meet a local association, we see the same flash in their eyes: the desire to improve something around them. It’s an energy we recognize well — because it’s the same one that has driven Project School since we were born.
Yet, we know, passion is not enough to transform an idea into a solid project. We need tools, method, support. Alliances are needed.
The social planning training course – Eureka² – was born from this awareness: a way to give back to the Apulian territory what it gives us every day, accompanying the associations to grow and generate more impact.
Why it matters (now)
In recent years, social planning has become increasingly central to the growth of the Third Sector. The tenders are more competitive, the requests more complex, sustainability more difficult to maintain. Associations cannot rely on improvisation or good will: they need method, strategy and the ability to narrate their value.
Eureka² responds to these needs because:
• helps turn an idea into a solid projectwith clear logic and measurable objectives;
• offers immediately usable toolsso as not to miss out on funding opportunities;
• accompanies you in real worknot on abstract exercises;
• strengthens the sustainability of the associationnot just individual projects;
• it makes the territory growbecause stronger ETS generate stronger communities.
If your association feels it can do more but doesn’t know where to start, this path is made exactly for you.
What Eureka² actually offers
Eureka² is organized and managed by Project School and supported by the Municipality of Trepuzzi. The path combines three fundamental elements to truly grow an organization:
1. Practical training (12 hours)
4 Masterclasses of three hours each dedicated to the key themes of social planning and organizational development:
• Social Business Model Canvas
• social communication and storytelling
• strategic fundraising
• participation in national and European tenders
• sustainability of local activities and partnerships
Each meeting is designed to give concrete tools, not abstract theory.
2. Personalized mentoring for each association Each ETS will have at least 4 hours of individual guidance. We work on real projects of the association, on topics such as: definition of the idea, structure, objectives, indicators, operational plan and sustainability.
It is tailor-made support: no standardized paths, but direct work on your needs.
3. Support for the funding strategy Two selected associations will receive dedicated support to build or strengthen their fundraising strategy.
Concrete help to understand:
• which financing opportunities are most suitable;
• how to prepare to catch them;
• how to diversify revenue in the medium term.
Who is it aimed at? Eureka² is designed for small or medium-sized local associations: ETS with solid ideas but little structure and/or reality who want to work better, not harder.
You don’t need previous experience: you need the willingness to get involved, the desire to work concretely on your project and the willingness to participate in the entire process.
With Eureka² we want to do our part.
We believe in the potential of associations, in their ability to bring communities, people and visions together. And we believe that offering tools and support is one of the most concrete ways to make our territory grow.
If you feel that your reality can evolve, if you have an idea that deserves attention and structure, we are here. Eureka² is the first step, to be taken together.

PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
